Professor Robles makes the classroom a safe space for you to express how you feel and never makes you feel “dumb.” I personally have a lot of trouble participating and speaking because I am shy but he is definitely one of the reasons why I felt more confident in class, I do not feel as though I am being judged or for what I am saying because he is understanding and listens to what I have to say

Honestly this TA was amazing. He taught class a few times and it was really enjoyable and engaging. He also shared a lot of helpful information regarding research articles and academic writing.

We did a lot of activities…that complimented the lectures and expand on an idea. This included things like the “Emotions Marketplace” when we were discussing the commodification of emotions or the game “Are You a Werewolf?” to display impression management. We were our own examples of the material we were learning. This is one of the most engaging and fulfilling courses I’ve taken
